Quality Is Why You Hired Us.
Certified processes, in-house inspection, and documentation that satisfies the standards your program requires.
In-House Inspection
Every job gets inspected by our own quality team, using our own equipment, in our own facility. No outside labs, no schedule surprises, and no confusion about who is accountable for the measurement.
- 2022 Hexagon Global S CMM with 3D scanning head
- Brown & Sharpe CMM with PC-DMIS software
- Brown & Sharpe Global Classic CMM
- Romer Absolute 6-Axis Measuring Arm with 9.8-foot range
- TESA Micro-Hite 600 and Micro-Hite+M
- 24-inch Electronic Height Gage
Weld Inspection
Every weld that leaves World Tek is inspected by our own in-house team. Our inspectors hold ASNT certifications at Levels I, II, and III, so the documentation that ships with your job is backed by the credentials your program requires.
We perform a full suite of nondestructive testing in-house, including:
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT)
- Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Electromagnetic Testing (ET)
- Radiographic Testing (X-ray / RT)
In-house inspection means no wait for outside labs, no schedule dependencies, and no question about who is accountable for the result. When a weld has to perform under pressure, fatigue, or heat, we verify it ourselves before it leaves the building.
