Welding You Can Stand Behind.
Certified welders, robotic cells, and in-house stress relief, so your parts are right the first time.
Welding Done Right, Verified with Level 3 NDT On-Site
Welding at World Tek is a certified, documented, and inspected discipline. Our certified welders hold certifications across the major structural and aerospace codes, and our in-house weld engineers and inspectors review every critical job.
When a weld needs to hold up under pressure, heat, or fatigue, you need a shop that takes the work seriously. That is what we do here.

Non-Destructive Testing
Every critical weld gets inspected. We run our own non-destructive testing in-house, which means no waiting on outside labs and no schedule surprises.
- Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Dye Penetrant Inspection
- Ultrasonic Testing
- Electromagnetic Testing
- X-Ray Inspection
Our inspectors are certified across all three levels of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing, so the documentation that comes with your job matches the standards your program requires.
Thermal and Vibratory Stress Relief
Heavy welding and machining introduce residual stress that can cause warping, cracking, or distortion after the fact. In addition to traditional thermal stress relief, we offer vibratory stress relief that redistributes that stress at room temperature, so your parts stay dimensionally stable through service.
Our META-LAX 2400 system handles parts up to 50,000 pounds on an 8 by 12 foot table, and every job comes with a certification report documenting the treatment cycle. It runs in hours rather than days, uses no oven, and leaves no scale or oxidation on finished surfaces.
